How are you paid?
I will not be charging a planning fee through 2026. I earn a commission from travel suppliers, meaning you receive expert planning at no extra cost.

Do I pay upfront?
Deposits are typically required to secure your trip, with the remaining balance due before departure. I’ll guide you through every step.

Does it cost anything to get a quote?
Nope! Custom quotes are always free and tailored to your family’s needs.

Do I need travel insurance?
Yes—I always recommend it. I can connect you with trusted partners for coverage that fits your trip.

During Your Trip

Will you support us during our trip?
Yes! I offer concierge-level monitoring. During travel, we use a WhatsApp group chat for real-time support.

What is your timeframe for returning calls and emails?
I respond within one business day to keep you informed and supported. I reserve Friday evenings and Sunday mornings for my family, but don't worry! If you're traveling during these time periods, I am available to you!

Will my phone work on my trip?
It depends on your carrier, but I’ll guide you on international options, roaming, and local SIM cards.
